To identify new customer business opportunities via telephone / field sales |

Review, recommend and follow-ups on existing customer's problems and documentation. |

To practice excellent customer service measured by customer satisfaction and feedback from referral sources. |
| iv. |
To ensure the customer enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently to satisfaction of customers. |
| v. |
Participate in providing creative feedback on new product development, service quality, marketing strategy etcs. |
| vi. |
Must be a good team player and contribute to team effort |
| vii. |
To continue up grading skills and knowledge |
| viii. |
To provide product presentations & training to the new customers |
| ix. |
To support existing customers in terms of products & training |
